I’ve spent 20 years working in various functions that make a business actually tic - sales, operations, leadership, client experience, and strategy.

I know the frameworks.
I know the spreadsheets.
I know how to find the opportunity hiding under the problem.

But that stuff is only half the equation, because the business doesn’t exist in a vacuum.

There’s a person running it.
There’s a life happening around it.
There are things you want. Things you don’t want. Things you’ve outgrown. Things you’re not sure you’re allowed to want yet.

And all of that matters.

Hey! I'm Steph.

I’m really good at figuring out what’s actually going on.

That's what I do.

You probably already have plenty of advice. What you need is someone who can look at the whole damn picture and help you figure out what actually matters.

My approach

I don’t think you need another person telling you what to do.

I find the root of the problem instead of spending six months treating the symptom. I connect the decision in front of you to the bigger business you’re building. I ask the uncomfortable question and challenge the convenient answer. I tell you when I think you’re making something harder than it needs to be.

And when the answer isn’t obvious?

I’ll sit in the uncertainty with you until we figure out what the hell is actually going on. Because strategy isn't about having all the answers. It’s about knowing how to make better decisions.

I believe that underrepresented groups deserve a seat at the table where these conversations happen. The actual seat. Not a framework that’s been watered-down and repackaged for them, but the genuine knowledge to provide growth, teach others, and build successful businesses from.

That is what creates freedom that compounds in families and communities for generations to come. Because a profitable business offers these groups far more than revenue.

They gain options. Agency.
The power they have always deserved.

That is what this business was founded to fight for.

My Why

All people deserve access to the business, strategy, and leadership education that has historically been gatekept behind privilege.

Keep going. Set the boundaries. Protect what matters. And stop letting your past make decisions for your future.

being RELENTLESS

Business strategy shouldn't be something you only get access to once you've earned your way into the right room.

InCLUSIVity

I’m not the yes woman. Sometimes the most useful thing I can give you is the answer you didn’t want.

HONESTy

Your version of success is allowed to look different. Actually, I’d prefer it did.

AUTHENTICity

Know where you’re going. Know why you’re going there.
Then make decisions that actually line up.

Staying ROOTED

The right people challenge you, and celebrate you. They remind you who the hell you said you wanted to become.
